Our approach:
GMEA utilises a structured consulting process of simulation modelling to create a digitised mine that represents the core process on which the operations will be based.
Various options can be tested in the form of scenarios to identify the core process design that will deliver the highest value. This can all be done as soon as the ore body is understood but before any infrastructure has been built. The infrastructure that will subsequently be built and the core process applied will thus be truly optimised at the start of the operations. The operators will be trained in the core process before it is built. This enables management to develop the lowest-cost platform and a business literate workforce from thestart.
